These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cinch mobile app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Shops Up Group ("Cinch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cinch helps you discover and manage recurring subscriptions by reading receipt and billing emails in an inbox you connect, and by presenting renewals, prices, trials, payment issues, and money-saving ideas.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
If you connect a Google inbox, you grant Cinch read-only access solely to detect and manage your subscriptions, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account permissions. You represent that you have the right to connect any inbox you add.
Cinch offers an optional paid plan ("Premium"). When purchased through the Google Play Store, billing, renewals, free-trial conversion, and cancellations are handled by Google Play under your Google account, and are subject to Google Play's terms in addition to these Terms.
Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to access other users' data, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no interfering with or overloading the Service, and no unlawful use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Shops Up Group and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Google, Supabase, Anthropic, Expo, RevenueCat, Google Play). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that subscription detection is complete or error-free — always verify important details against your own records.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shops Up Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or savings, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you rights in your place of residence.
